- Transcribing Board of Director meeting minutes from recordings for approval by management.
- Interacting with high level executives, including Board of Directors.
- Opportunities and exposure to Public Relations communications.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or similar field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience; may be waived in lieu of education
- Experience in the banking or financial industry preferred but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Word
- Strong computer skills
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong sense of urgency
- Thorough with strong follow up drive
- Ability to clearly communicate action items in a tactful manner
- Demonstrate a readiness to assist
